ENTRY #6: FOUNDATION DAY
Foundation Day at the Sisters of Mary was a whirlwind of emotions, a tapestry woven with threads of joy, gratitude, and a deep sense of belonging. As I stood amidst the vibrant sea of faces, I felt a surge of pride, knowing that I was part of something truly special. The air crackled with anticipation, the vibrant colors of the decorations reflecting the spirit of celebration that permeated the atmosphere. The day began with a solemn Mass, a time for reflection and thanksgiving. As I listened to the priest's words, I couldn't help but feel a profound sense of gratitude for the unwavering support and guidance of the Sisters of Mary. Their dedication to educating and empowering young people like me had been a constant source of inspiration, shaping my values and aspirations.
The highlight of the day, however, was the grand procession. As I joined the throng of students, teachers, and staff, I felt a surge of excitement. The procession was a testament to the unity and camaraderie that defined the Sisters of Mary community. The music swelled, the colors danced, and the rhythmic chants of the students filled the air. It was a spectacle that left an indelible mark on my memory. I couldn't help but feel a sense of awe as I witnessed the unwavering faith and dedication of the Sisters of Mary. Their tireless efforts to nurture and guide us, to provide us with the tools we needed to succeed, were truly remarkable.
The day culminated in a joyous feast, a time for laughter, camaraderie, and shared stories. As I sat with my friends, reminiscing about our experiences at the Sisters of Mary, I realized how much this institution had shaped me. It had not only provided me with a quality education but had also instilled in me a deep sense of compassion, responsibility, and service. I felt a profound sense of gratitude for the Sisters of Mary, for their unwavering belief in me and their commitment to creating a better world. It was a day that I would cherish forever, a day that reaffirmed my belief in the transformative power of education and the enduring spirit of the Sisters of Mary.

AUGUST 15 EXPERIENCE
Foundation day is one of the biggest celebration for the sisters of mary school community this celebration compose of three main events first is the foundation day second is our birthday and last is blessed virgin mary’s birthday
In the night before the event we students are very excited so we make decorations at the mainstair before we sleep, and in the morning, we woke up early for the celebration of the mass. After the mass, we had our breakfast and cleaning of our duties, and after that is the giving of gifts as well as the picture taking. The next thing we did was the parlor games but the game was canceled due to some reasons: first, the facilitators are all in girls town; second is that the heat is unbearable; and lastly, the lack of materials. That is why, our mother sisters changed our schedule to free time, instead of parlor games.
